God Wants All To Be Saved

God Saves Us“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.” I Timothy 2:3, 4

“For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men.” Titus 2: 11

“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32

“And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13

Jesus is reaching out to you.  He is calling you to Him with sweet words of love. He woos us all to Him with cords of love every day.   Love is the name of the game with Him. That fabulous love that He has for us is why He came to this sinful world to save us.

“We love him, because he first loved us.” I John 4:19

“Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.”  Isaiah 45:22

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”  Hebrews 11:6

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.   For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”  Romans 10:9, 12, 13

It is for sure that we are not worthy to be with Him.  But, He is willing to draw us up to heaven with Him when He comes in the clouds of glory if we right this minute humble ourselves before Him; and turn from our sinful ways; and invite Him into our lives; and accept His gift of salvation through faith.   He is reaching out to you and me.  Let us reach out to Him and say, “Yes, Lord I want to be with you forevermore.” Let us ask Him to help us to love Him like He loves us.

I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”  Revelation 22:16, 17

“To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”  Acts 10:43

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”  John 5:24

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”  Romans 5:6-10

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”  Acts 2:21

“Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.”  Hebrews 7:25

“The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.” Psalms 145:18, 19

“But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” I Corinthians 15: 57

How grand it is that you and I serve a God that has the power to give us more than just this one life.  Eternal life is a gift.  We are all sinners and really do not have the right to live with our heavenly Father, Jesus and the holy angels.  We are so undone.  Our heavenly Father could have destroyed this earth when Adam and Eve sinned and created a new world.  I praise Him that He did not do that.  Instead, He and Jesus decided to make it possible for us to be with them for eternity even though Adam and Eve made a dreadful mistake.

If we accept our Lord’s death on the cross for us and by faith believe that we can have eternal life through Him, then we can live eternally.  It is unbelievable that we do not have to die for our sins if we invite Jesus into our lives, and believe that He shed His blood on the cross for us.  Our Lord took all of our sins upon Himself and then experienced a cruel death so that you and I would not have die for our sins.  Let us, daily, thank Him.

Let us go to Him in prayer asking Him to help us to conduct our lives in the way that pleases Him.

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved);  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:  That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”  Ephesians 2:4-8

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.”  John 1:12

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” II Peter 3:9

“All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 6:37

“But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” John 20:31
