The Door Of Probation Will Close
Friend, it is going to get as “dark as Midnight” regarding the appalling spiritual deceptions that are going to take place in this country and in other countries.
The Holy Spirit is being withdrawn from the earth and soon the door of probation is going to close. Can you picture how this world will be after the door of probation is closed, and the Holy Spirit has completely withdrawn? The wicked people will be left to themselves. They chose this world rather than Jesus! It will be a short period of time. But, it will be a terrible time of trouble. No Holy spirit to keep the masses in check, then. Satan will have total control over those that have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ.
After the door in the Ark was closed, it was just 7 days before the rain fell on those worldly people that chose this world rather than Jesus. Just a small number were faithful to Jesus–only eight. And when you think about it, Noah and his family were commandment keepers. That should tell us something. But, Christians, as a whole, are not listening nor do they realize that.
Think about that for moment. If Noah and his family were the only ones that God kept alive and under His divine protection during the first destruction of this earth, do you think that may be something that He will repeat before the next destruction of this earth takes place? What I mean is, if Noah and his family kept the Ten Commandments that were given to Moses, and they were the only ones that God kept safe in the Ark when He poured out his judgment on the land with a flood which was, also, a terrible time of trouble, then maybe the only ones that the Lord will protect during the terrible time of trouble just before us will be those who keep the commandments of God. What do you think, friend?
God has his people in all churches, right now. But, very soon they are going to hear the loud cry of the three angels message, and they are going to come out of Babylon. They will choose to follow the shepherd and be with Him in His one fold. They will make the choice to turn their backs on the false teachings of Babylon and be part of God’s commandment keeping people in His one fold.
“And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.” John 10:16
The three angels message or “everlasting gospel” that is going to go around the whole world very rapidly and very soon, is found in Revelation 14:6-11. Every country, every town, every city, every village will hear the “everlasting gospel“. The angels of God will send the message around the world with their mighty power and strength.
I think it is so loving of our precious Jesus to give the last warning to the world just before the door of probation closes. You and I, friend, serve a very loving Lord.
“And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”
When the “everlasting gospel” is preached to the world by the Lord’s angels, people by the thousands will choose to be in the Lord’s sheep fold with Jesus as their Shepherd. They will come out of Babylon. They will be the Lord’s faithful “saints” waiting for the trumpet to sound. “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14:12
These “saints” no longer want to be a part of the false teachings of the world. They no longer want to go along with all of those that have for centuries been preaching to them their traditions, commandments, rituals and false doctrines. They have a desire to stand firmly upon the word of God. They will boldly come out of Babylon.
“And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:2-4
Doesn’t the Bible tell us that it will be like the days of Noah when Jesus comes? So, we know from the story of Noah that just a small number were in the Ark of safety, and the rest of the people in the world were destroyed in the flood. So, what I am thinking is, when the terrible time of trouble comes on this earth, only those that are following the word of God, surrendered to Jesus and obeying Him because they love Him, will be protected during the terrible time of trouble just before us. They will be in the Ark of safety which is Jesus Christ. They will be hid in Him!
Don’t we read in I John 2:6 that we are to walk in the footsteps of Jesus? “He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.” Perhaps that is why the Lord kept Noah and his family alive, gave them water, food and kept them safe in the Ark during the flood was because they were walking in His footsteps.
It just makes sense to me. Because if we want to be in the World Made New, which He is going to create, it may be a good idea to get nice and close to the Lord and do what He says. “If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.” John 15:10 It might be a good idea to walk in His footsteps.
When that door was shut in the Ark every case was decided, either for Jesus or for Satan. And that is the way it will be, soon. It is getting that way, fast. There were only two classes of people on this earth before the door of probation was shut in the Ark. Only those who were totally committed to Jesus Christ (Noah and his family) were safe in the Lord’s Ark, and the rest of the inhabitants, of the then known world, were totally committed to Satan, and they were destroyed in the flood. The distinct difference between the two classes of people living in this world today is becoming more and more prevalent. We can see the vast change in this world taking place, and it is happening very quickly.
Noah preached for 120 years, and then the angel of the Lord shut the door. The door of probation was then closed to the wicked, and then God poured out his judgment on the earth with a flood. When the door of probation is once again closed to this wicked world, then the seven last plagues (God’s judgments) will be poured out on the earth. They will be in short duration. Then we will see Jesus coming in the clouds of glory. Hooray!
“And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man.” Genesis 6:3
The man of sin that the apostle Paul talks about in his writings did not come on the scene of action for hundreds of years after the world was destroyed by the flood. So, the commandments of God had not been changed and the Sabbath had not been changed when Noah and his family were alive. They kept the same Ten Commandments that God gave later to Moses on the Mount.
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. And then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” II Thessalonians 2:3-10
The Ten Commandments have always been, and they will always be.
Adam and Eve sinned when they disobeyed God and ate of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. They disobeyed God’s Ten Commandments. That one sin cost the life of Jesus Christ.
“Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” I John 3:4
“…for by the law is the knowledge of sin.” Romans 3:20
“For the wages of sin is death…” Romans 6:23
“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21
God’s Ten Commandments
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor they son, nor thy daughter, they manservant, nor they maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within they gates: For in six days the Lord make heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Honour thy father and mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shall not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.” Exodus 20:3-17
Only those who are in God’s word will know right from wrong, and will endure to the end and go home with Jesus. Those faithful ones will be sealed in their foreheads: and the Holy Spirit will be with them; and they will have the power and strength that the Holy Spirit will give them so they will be able to go through the terrible time of trouble that is just before us. Those faithful followers of our sweet Jesus will have a mind-set to obey Him and to walk in His footsteps. They will remain steadfast in the Lord with their faces shining just like Moses’ face was shining when he came down the mount with the Ten Commandments. They will be few in number.
“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” Matthew 7:13,14
“And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.” Revelation 1:1-3
“Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.” Isaiah 8:16
May you and I, friend, remain true to Jesus. May the Lord give us the ability to endure to the end. Dear Jesus, please help us to walk in your footsteps. Amen!
“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20
“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” I John 2:1-4
